楊立群，男，1972年7月出生，無黨派人士，籍貫浙江湖州，2010年獲得第二軍醫(yī)大學(xué)博士學(xué)位，麻醉學(xué)主任醫(yī)師、博導(dǎo)，現(xiàn)任上海交通大學(xué)附屬仁濟(jì)醫(yī)院麻醉科主任。
